This 60 min 1:1 session provides you with a Prayers In Motion Prescription, (an accessible invocation based movement sequence), tailored to your pain points and healing intentions. Our session will include somatic centering, nervous system nourishment, learning and activating your Prayers In Motion sequence and integrating it through a sound led shavasana.
