In these monthly women's embodiment circle gatherings, we'll connect in a safe container to: Grow community Reframe toxic narratives about comparison and competition Nurture our nervous systems through simple, body based techniques that help us tend to our default patterns and call on our tenderness Cultivate conscious ritual through the Prayers In Motion Practice Join together in the offering of song Integrate somatic tools that help us understand the resonance of our embodied Yes and our embodied No Reclaim sovereignty as an undefended state of being! These circles will always include: A group theme that informs our check in and discussion Somatic Centering and an Embodied Ritual practice Group Song!
