A 3 month 1:1 embodied resonance container with Jocelyn
The conditioning of our childhood and the conditioning of our culture lives in our voices.
Our beliefs, our apologies, our doubts, and the things we repress, shape the way our voice enters the world.
Our lineage-burdens linger in our vocal patterns.
Our social nervous system, which tracks and responds to the cues we get from others, influences the cadence of our speech.
We are expressing what is most true inside ourselves at any moment, or holding back our authentic voice out of fear.
Our voice is a profound mirror of our resonance or dissonance with self and environment.
This holy vessel is ours to work with, to deconstruct and to recreate, so that we may speak from the clearest place in our being, in service to both truth and care.
My 1:1 embodied resonance container centers around three channels of exploration:
1) Our relationship to our speaking voice and the way we transmit truth through this vessel.
2) Our relationship to our praying voice and the way we embody power and surrender through invocation.
3) Our relationship to our singing voice and the way we invite song into our lives as a direct access point to reverence, joy, liberation and self-discovery.
Each month of this 3 month container includes:
∴ Two 30 minute zoom sessions, at the beginning and end of each month, intended to initiate themes and integrate growth.
∴ One 90 minute session per month (In Person or Online) designed around embodiment practices, vocal exploration, song play and resonance work.
∴ A Monthly Song Prescription, chosen to honor the energy you want to lean into, that you can learn and actively enter into relationship with.
∴ A Monthly Invocation that you can use as a vibrational temple for focusing prayer and exploring your own resonance.
∴ An open communication thread (via text or WhatsApp) to share reflections and receive feedback and support throughout the duration of the container.

A Note From Jocelyn
I spent years performing vocal gymnastics with my intonation, volume and cadence in order to manage other people's perception, comfort and response and therefore ensure my own safety, belonging, and worth.
This often came at the expense of relaxation inside of truth. Not because I was directly spinning lies, but because I was unwilling to sit in the center of my own resonance without changing its vibration to manipulate the field around me.
The magic of not doing this is that manipulation gets replaced with sovereignty and the embodied power of creation.
I can rest in my resonance and let it be. This invites an ease in my being that generates authentic connection and welcome.
AND
I can intentionally and authentically use my resonance as a form of vibrational alchemy. I can offer my words as vessels of prayer, revelation and honor that influence, activate and transform the field around me.
Last, but not least, I'll have you know that I sang alone in the shower FOR YEARS, (or so quietly that no one would hear me in my high school choir), until I discovered spiritual communities where group song was uplifted in ways that touched my soul.
Now singing is one of my most ecstatic, tender and transformative pathways of communion.
This channel is always available.
It's my personal belief that the earth and the spirit of life wants to be known through song and that we are here to remember our capacity to carry it.
