Somatic Attunement and Embodied Ritual For Practitioners: An Online Experiential Friday, October 30th, 9-11am PST $55 Replay available to all registrants In this workshop we’ll cover: The communication channels that speak most directly and effectively to the nervous system The embryonic motions and sounds that allow the nervous system to enter into the pliable and receptive state required to repattern default responses Different ways these motions and sounds can be woven into somatic rituals that support resilience and stability during times of deep change and assimilation The process of pendulation and how this nervous system super power can be consciously applied to 1:1 work, group experience, ceremonial formats and psychedelic integration. Bring a notebook and a pen and come prepared for gentle movement! *Financial transaction takes place via Venmo or Zelle after registration
