EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT RATE = $950 THRU DEC 21ST Beloved Woman, how deeply do you actually let yourself receive love in and through your body? During this 6 month ONLINE somatic immersion for women, we will be repatterining our relationship to receptivity as something sovereign, essential and restorative. We will be doing this repatterining in and through our bodies, using somatic centering techniques designed to communicate directly with our nervous systems and transform long held tension in our fascia. We will be unburdening our bodies of stagnant and contractive belief structures and invoking mindful movement as medicine, learning to bring authentic embodied ritual into our daily lives. I work with 3 different key practices, which include, self-tenderness tuning forks, somatic unburdening and Prayers In Motion. We will also deepen our work through prompted free writing, guided meditation and group discussion. The 6 month course is broken into 3 themed segments: Jan & Feb = Receiving Nourishment - relationship to food and rest March & April = Receiving Beauty - relationship to joy and pleasure May & June = Receiving Power - relationship to truth and expression This course is offered live, but any or all of the classes can be taken via the replay. The course includes three Wednesday sessions a month focused on somatic work, (these take place from 9-11am PST), and one Saturday session a month focused on guided meditation and group discussion, (these take place from 9-10:30am PST) EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT = $950 UNTIL DEC 21 FULL SERIES RATE = $1200 and can be paid in full, in 2 installments of $600 or in 4 installments of $400. Financial transactions take place after registration via Venmo or Zelle. If you are a living embodiment member, you receive the course at a $350 discount.
