Whether we use them to shape stories, invocations, song lyrics, truth soliloquies or poems scribbled on napkins in liminal moments, words, when well-tuned and deeply sourced, kindle the profound fire of inspiration.
Inspiration is non-negotiable.
Inspiration is braided through the breath of the human experience.
We are meant to inspire and be inspired.
As Mary Oliver puts it in her poem, Instructions For Living A Life:

Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it.
I’m here to help you hunt the treasure of your words.
I’m here to direct your attention towards new origins of wonder.
I’m here to fan the flames of your astonishment and to nourish your confidence in creative self-expression, so you can share and receive the gifts of writing.
Join me for my monthly ONLINE Embodied Writing Workshops, where we bring our bodies and our senses with us on the creative journey.
Every month we’ll orient around a different theme or focus point.
All participants receive the replay of each workshop they register for and can attend live or on their own time.
