About This Class
I use the term, Divine Resonance, to speak to the vibration of your Essential Nature. I consider it to be the original frequency of your being. I believe that within it lives your cellular memory of inherent worth and that within this cellular memory lives your deepest medicine. In our 90 minute session, we'll braid somatic centering practices, invocation and sound healing together to call to and attune with your Divine Resonance. We will activate the magic triad of Ritual, Remembrance and Reclamation. Each client is invited to bring whatever feels tender, vulnerable and true to our session, be that specific concerns and intentions or a general desire for deeper wellness, restoration and support. We'll spend the first 30 minutes speaking to what's present and naming the direction of our session. The next hour will be oriented around somatic centering practices, guided meditation, invocation and sound healing, tailored to your intentions, to nourish your sense of sovereignty, vitality, self-tenderness and source connection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount.
